I’ve been a very satisfied, and happy, customer, of Wegman Brothers, for over 10yrs. The service, I’ve received from them is outstanding! Debbie Wegman, that runs the operations, has always been very courteous to me. The Service Technicans, are extremely proficient, and knowledgeable, of their professional skills. I highly recommend Wegman Brothers, to anyone that uses their services!

I originally scheduled for an estimate only but ended up having the work done (leaking pipe) that day. Jesse also fixed some slow drains and a leak under my kitchen sink. Wegman Bros. was recommended by a friend and now I will be the one doing the recommending to my friends and neighbors.

Product or service reviewed: Fuse needed to be replaced in heater
On a cold Saturday morning we realized our thermostat was blank. Called wegman brothers ( who originally put in the heater several years ago). Jason called us back immediately and within one hour of the phone call the problem was diagnosed and repaired. Awesome service! Thanks.

Very pleased! I have an oil heater and was having a problem with it and had another company come out to fix it. I explained the whole story of what was going on and waited three days, just to have the tech take one look and say "we dont really mess with oil heaters!" As soon as he left I googled other companies, came across this one, called and they came the next day! The issue was identified and fixed promptly and I have heat again! I will definately be using Wegman Brothers again.

Product or service reviewed: AC compressor Reair
Our compressor stopped working on Saturday7/09/16. We are customers of Wegman. Within the hour we got a response from Wegman and a technician, Jesse showed up. Jesse identified the problem "a wire nut had melted off inside the outdoor unit causing it to show to the breaker." Repaired the wiring and nuts and the compressor was back on line.
If you have ever had Jesse or Bernie called to your home to fix a problem, you know it is in good hands. They always try to fix the problem and they do no how. They never just say you need a new compressor. If they tell you that, you really need one..Wegmans is the best. They are more than worth the money.

We have been using your company for almost 10 years. We had an outdated heater and you went out of your way to find parts for it to keep it running for a couple extra years. We were very appreciative. We have always had excellent service. Could not ask for nicer people to deal with when there are heating or air conditioning issues. We recommend your company every chance we get.

We first called Wegman`s in July of 2010 when My AC went out, the Tech was there at 8:00 am and stayed well past 5 pm to make sure we had a cool house that day. I have been calling them every year since to service my Heater and AC, they are always on time and do a great job. Wegman Brothers come highly recommended from this household!!!!

We first called Wegman's for an estimate on replacing our Furnace/AC. We contacted five contractors. Wegman's was the only one that could reasonably address our situation. We have been very happy with our selection of Wegman Brothers. We also had a water heater replaced. Very reasonable, excellent service. Very satisfied with the annual service agreement. Would highly recommend Wegman Brothers.

We are long time customers of Wegman Brothers and are very satisfied. Since we still have a well
for our water we have some special isssues that they have always handled promptly (ie we have never
been without water). I have found both the office and service personnel very helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Debbie is great to deal with on the phone and is very helpful in scheduling service around
our schedule.

Call Friday morning to get an appointment a couple days out (considering no one gets you in on a friday morning) Jason asked if they could come that day. WHAAT?!! "Sure" I said. There was no 2 hour, 3 hour ,4 hour window. Jason explained the tech was on one job now and will get to me within the hour. 30 mins later Jason called back, tech on his way. Keith showed up. He was friendly, listened to my issue, did a full work up of the situation. Within 20 mins we discussed the issues, how to fix and cost. He even fixed a problem my ex-husband had messed up years ago :-). He informed me of everything he was doing and total made that sink look like new. We discussed other projects in the house to which I will be calling them back to do. I HAVE DEFINITELY FOUND MY PLUMBERS!!

We have been Wegman Brothers customers for over 40 years. The have done everything for us from complete HVAC system replacement and annual maintenace to emergency response for a plugged sewer line. Their service and office people are great to deal with. I would always recommend this company to others.

I highly recommend this company. The service people are always very polite and accommodating. I have never had to wait for service, especially if I've needed help right away. When they come to the house for service, they always clean up after themselves - never leave a mess!. I'm very happy with Wegman Brothers!

The security of knowing we have a properly maintained heating and cooling system is worth the cost of a yearly maintenance contract. In addition Bernie is not only a qualified service provider, he has become a friend we enjoy visiting with a couple of times a year.

They are always on time, and call when they are on their way to your home. Calling them after hours was not a problem- my clogged sink and leaking water heater was taken care of. I definitely would recommend them as an excellent plumbing business. Wegman Brothers have been taking care of our pipes, sinks, toilets, heater and air conditioner for years. Their service has always been professional and their staff courteous and well trained.

Wegman’s was not the lowest bid, but your representative, Bernie, was more knowledgable and sincere.
We saved more than 20% on our electric bill last month. It was colder this year, and we turned up the heat by 1 degree and it was still 20% less.
